Super satisfied with my experience with Great Bear and Tommy. I was having trouble with a shaking steering wheel at highway speeds. I took it to a chain tire & muffler place and they charged me almost $200 for a tire balancing, which barely helped for a day before it got even worse. I visited Great Bear to get new tires installed, followed by an alignment and balancing. Tommy was very friendly and helpful, and kept me updated the whole time my car was in the shop.
